Qualifications

• 3 years that taught you which corners can be cut.
• Familiarity with PayPal-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them.
• Hands-on healthcare experience that holds up to follow-up questions.
• At least 5 years of standing behind your own estimates.
• Real curiosity about why PayPal customers do what they do.
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener.
• Comfort steering healthcare conversations toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Pre-chart the next admission from the referral packet so the room is ready when they roll in
• Hand off at shift change using SBAR, leaving zero gaps for the incoming Nurse Practitioner
• Walk new Nurse Practitioner hires through PayPal's Discharge Planning workflow during their first 5 weeks
• Prep exam rooms, instruments, and consent forms ahead of each scheduled appointment in Baltimore
• Deliver direct patient care in line with established clinical protocols and care plans
• Carry the feedback-driven caseload PayPal reserves for its most seasoned mid-level clinicians
• Build rapport with anxious patients before Process Improvement procedures, lowering both pulse and fear
