Responsibilities

• Performs initial history and physical with proper documentation.
• Writes orders in accordance with hospital policy.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Collaborates with attending physician and nursing staff on care plans.
• Initiates referrals to appropriate departments and community resources.
• Documents progress notes and treatment plans for each visit.
• Maintains compliant documentation and medical diagnoses per contract.
