Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and licensed in the employing state.
• Experience in occupational medicine or urgent care is preferred.
• Ability to lead, develop staff and ensure compliant clinical operations.

Responsabilités

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leadership.
• Partner with Center Directors to coordinate medical treatment and center activities.
• Mentor back office staff to develop competencies and improve patient care.
• Ensure medical records documentation is timely and accurate.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with regional medical leadership and client representatives to support quality care.
