Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NP license in state of employment and active practice.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per protocols.
• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures.
• Directs nursing care and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Maintains documentation and ensures confidentiality of records.
• Performs ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, blood draws).
