Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive health history across obstetric, gynecologic, medical, surgical, and psychosocial domains and document findings.
• Perform general exams, diagnostic tests and procedures per protocol.
• Provide advanced practice services within scope of training and supervise care per NP protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, diet, and lifestyle.
• Coordinate clinic coverage with other providers and ensure timely charting in EMR.
• Lead clinical safety, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
