• Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, long-term care, primary care, or related settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently with clinical support available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Assess and manage depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other behavioral health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Maintain EMR documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and facility leadership.
• Travel between assigned facilities throughout the week as needed.

The organization supplies patient caseloads, administrative support, credentialing assistance, and access to psychiatrist consultation when needed.
