Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform aesthetic treatments and build patient relationships. You will ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care from the initial assessment to long-term results. This full-time role requires weekend availability and includes working at up to three locations within a 30-mile radius.

Compensation includes a base rate of $72/hr, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current NP license issued by the state.
• 1+ year experience in acute care or 2+ years in aesthetics practice.
• Available to work full weekends with a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct consultations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Document treatment plans accurately and manage patient relationships.

$72/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential · 5 to 6 Weekend Shifts per month · No overnights

What You’ll Own

Your patient’s full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current NP license (state‑issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day.

Schedule & Coverage

• Fixed schedule — same days each week, no overnights
• Full weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36‑40 hrs/week) — estimated $145K‑$155K annually at full‑time
