Job summary

LaserAway, located in Denville, NJ, is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to manage patient relationships through comprehensive clinical care. You will perform aesthetic treatments and ensure patients receive personalized care from consultation to follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have a current NP license, relevant clinical experience, and a passion for aesthetics. Training will be provided to develop skills and advance in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nurse practitioner license issued by the state.
• 1+ years of experience in acute care settings.
• 2+ years of experience in an aesthetic practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient's full clinical journey from assessment to follow-up care.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Design individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Nurse Practitioner - Aesthetic Training Provided

You’ll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn’t think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long‑term results.

What You’ll Own

Your patient’s full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

• Current NP license (state‑issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg)

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current NP license (state‑issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per days
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
