NPHire in Hermosa Beach, CA seeks a Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetic Injector and Clinical Lead to own the patient journey from initial consult to final result. This in-person, leadership role blends artistry with a high-end injectable menu and collaboration with a top surgeon.

You will supervise RNs and staff, coordinate treatment plans, and perform neurotoxin and filler injections while ensuring adherence to standardized procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license in good standing with furnishing number and DEA.
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Eligible to work under a physician collaboration or standardized procedure.
• Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations and treatment planning; assess candidacy and design plans.
• Own the injectables; deliver neurotoxin and filler results across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Direct the treatment program; oversee laser, RF, resurfacing and microneedling services.
• Partner with Medical Director; work under procedures with a double board-certified surgeon.

Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetic Injector and Clinical Lead

Location: Hermosa Beach, CA. Type: Full-time or part-time. Reports to: Medical Director.

Own the artistry. Build your following. Set the standard. This is a lead role for an injector who takes real pride in the craft. You will own the clinical experience end to end, from the first consultation to the final result, across one of the most advanced injectable and treatment menus in Southern California. Responsibilities

• Lead consultations and treatment planning. Assess candidacy, design personalized plans, and guide patients across the full aesthetic menu.
• Own the injectables. Deliver artful neurotoxin and filler results across a multi-brand portfolio, from subtle prevention to full-face balancing.
• Direct the treatment program. Perform and oversee laser, radiofrequency, resurfacing, and microneedling services, and set the protocols and quality standards.
• Partner with the Medical Director. Work under standardized procedures alongside a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon on complex cases and complication management.
• Mentor the team. Guide RNs and aesthetic staff, raising technique and consistency across the practice.
• Build lasting relationships. Create the trusted connections that turn first visits into loyal, long-term patients.

Required Qualifications

• Active California NP license in good standing, with furnishing number and DEA.
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Eligible to work under a physician collaboration or standardized procedure arrangement.
• Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Strongly Preferred

• Laser and energy-based device experience.
• Advanced injector training (full-face, masseter, lip, neck).
• Peptide therapy experience.
• A loyal patient following you would love to bring with you.
• ACLS certification.

Compensation and Benefits
