Qualifications

• Perform neurotoxin, filler, device-based, and advanced aesthetic treatments (training provided).
• Conduct consultative patient assessments and design tailored plans.
• Educate patients on options, expectations, and skincare for long-term results.
• Drive personal revenue through treatment planning and patient retention.

• Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR and payments systems.

About the Role

As an Aesthetic Injector, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping patients look and feel like their best selves. You’ll combine clinical artistry with relational care—conducting thorough consultations, designing personalized treatment plans, and performing injectable and device-based procedures with precision and confidence.

What You’ll Own

• Perform neurotoxin, filler, device-based, and other advanced aesthetic treatments (training provided as needed)
• Conduct highly consultative patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and skincare to support long-term results
• Drive personal revenue performance through treatment planning, patient retention, and schedule optimization
• Participate in touch bases with clinical leaders to align on training, growth, and performance
• Navigate treatment documentation, EMR, and payment systems with speed and accuracy
• Provide clear product recommendations to support outcomes and drive skincare sales
• Help foster a positive, supportive environment for both patients and teammates
• Uphold safety, compliance, and protocol standards (OSHA, HIPAA, LJCSC policies)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour
• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance

How the Bonus Works

Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site's overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped. This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
