Job summary

NPHire in Hermosa Beach, CA seeks a Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetic Injector and Clinical Lead to own the patient journey from initial consult to final result. This in-person, leadership role blends artistry with a high-end injectable menu and collaboration with a top surgeon.

You will supervise RNs and staff, coordinate treatment plans, and perform neurotoxin and filler injections while ensuring adherence to standardized procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license in good standing with furnishing number and DEA.
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Eligible to work under a physician collaboration or standardized procedure.
• Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations and treatment planning; assess candidacy and design plans.
• Own the injectables; deliver neurotoxin and filler results across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Direct the treatment program; oversee laser, RF, resurfacing and microneedling services.
• Partner with Medical Director; work under procedures with a double board-certified surgeon.
• Mentor RN and aesthetic staff; raise technique and consistency.
