Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and design comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
Safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads, and advanced injectables to deliver balanced, natural results.
Demonstrate deep product expertise across key portfolios (Allergan, Galderma, Evolus, Merz) and guide patients through loyalty programs (e.g., Allē, Aspire).
Educate patients on full‑face rejuvenation and the synergy between aesthetic treatments and skin health.
Collaborate closely with estheticians, wellness providers, and front‑desk staff to deliver an integrated patient journey.
Maintain accurate, timely charting and medical documentation in accordance with state compliance standards.
Participate in company-sponsored continuing education, peer shadowing, and advanced training.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted state license as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on and progressive experience towards advanced aesthetic injecting.
Strong track record of patient retention, clinical safety, and complications management.
Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
Certified laser technician.
Experience with regenerative therapies (PRP/PRF/PDGF, microneedling, hair restoration).
Familiarity with wellness modalities (Peptides, GLP-1s, IV therapy, hormone replacement).
Competitive hourly base pay plus performance-based commission.
