Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess health status via history and physical examination.
• Initiate orders for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Prescribe medications and adjust care plans per standards of care.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease management.
• Document findings and plan of care in the medical record.
• Coordinate with physicians and participate in team-based care.
