Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner preferred.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings preferred (outpatient, residential, or correctional).
• Familiarity with medications for MAT (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone) and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as permitted by state regulation.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Nurse Supervisor, and multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Document patient care and report significant events to relevant staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans for high-risk patients.
