Job summary

Clearfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Clearfield PA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing care in an outpatient MAT program. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications under state regulations, working with a multidisciplinary team under the Medical Director and Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner preferred.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with MAT medications (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
• Familiarity with state regulations (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA).
• No disqualifying history as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial and annual history and physical evaluation; assesses eligibility for treatment.
• Prescribes medications as allowed by state regulation; collaborates with Medical Director.
• Orders and reviews labs, provides education, referrals and follow-up services.
• Monitors treatment plans for high-risk patients and adjusts as needed.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and Nurse Supervisor to ensure quality and compliance.
• Documents significant events and communicates with the care team.
