Job summary

New Season is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP), PMHNP, or PA-C to join our outpatient Addiction Medicine and Behavioral Health team in Portland, Oregon. This Advanced Practice Provider will deliver MAT and recovery-focused care to patients with SUD/OUD, working within a mission-driven organization focused on lasting recovery.

Qualifications

Current and active Oregon NP, PMHNP, or PA-C license.
DEA registration with Schedule II-V prescribing authority.
Ability to prescribe buprenorphine in accordance with regulations.
Active Medicare and Medicaid credentialing.
Minimum two years of experience in Addiction Medicine/Behavioral Health/etc.
Experience conducting patient assessments, physical exams, medication management, and treatment planning.
Experience in outpatient clinical settings.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for SUD/OUD patients through MAT.
Manage buprenorphine prescribing and recovery-focused services.
Conduct assessments, care planning, and treatment coordination in an outpatient setting.
