Job summary

Crossroads is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Wilmerding outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate treatments, and document care per standards.

Responsibilities include collaboration with clinic staff, making referrals to community services, and performing injections. Full-time schedule, with weekend and weekday hours at the Wilmerding center, PA.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted licensure and authorized to practice in the state of practice.
• Primary specialty in Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry.
• DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule controlled substances.
• Must have or be eligible for enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers and services.
• Will perform injections and schedule care across multiple locations.
