Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs (AGNPs), or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care in the Greater Phoenix area. Full-time base with productivity incentives to be discussed with the employer.

Schedules are four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts with 4–5 hours weekly for charting and care management. 30-minute slots for new patients; 15–20 minutes for routine follow-ups; no inpatient duties.

Qualifications

• Must be BC Family Nurse Practitioner, AGNP, or PA for outpatient primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Provide preventive wellness and family planning services, including minor in-office procedures.

Job description

NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management
• Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP)
• 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care
• Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after‑hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system
• Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in‑office procedures
