Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking BC Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult-Gerontology NPs, or PAs for outpatient primary care in the Greater Phoenix area.

Full-time roles offer four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts with built-in admin time and no inpatient duties, plus a nurse triage-based after-hours call system. Positions provide competitive base pay plus productivity incentives, with full benefits, relocation/sign-on options, PTO, malpractice coverage through FTCA, and CME time/allowance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in family practice, geriatrics, or primary care.
• Full-time outpatient primary care with admin time built into schedules.
• No inpatient duties with a dedicated phone-based after-hours triage system.
• Ready to work across multiple locations in the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to diverse patient populations.
• Coordinate preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
• Perform minor in-office procedures and family planning services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a team across six Phoenix-area sites to optimize patient outcomes.

Job description

NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management
• Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP)
• 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care
• Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after-hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system
• Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in-office procedures
