This is a bread and butter primary care practice to see ages 5+ in an outpatient only setting. You will enjoy a Monday‑Friday schedule with NO late nights and NO weekends. This is a supportive group of 40+ primary care providers who truly put the patient first! The ideal candidate is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years' experience in Primary Care and an active Arizona license.

• 100% outpatient
• Monday‑Friday 8‑5 hours
• 10‑12 days/year of Phone Only Triaged Call
• Patient ages 5+
• 401k + 5% match
