Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult‑Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants for outpatient primary care in the Greater Phoenix area.

Full‑time schedules include four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts with dedicated time for charting and care management. The positions offer a competitive base salary plus productivity incentives, with full benefits, sign‑on and relocation negotiable, PTO, malpractice coverage through FTCA, and CME time/allowance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified family practice clinicians with current licensure.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Ability to manage an average patient load of 18–22 daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic conditions and preventive care.
• Provide family planning and LARC procedures.
• Perform minor in‑office procedures and care coordination.

NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management
• Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP)
• 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care
• Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after‑hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system
• Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in‑office procedures
