Job summary

Medix is seeking a healthcare provider to deliver primary care to a patient panel with 80% in-home visits and 20% virtual care, serving patients in Mesa, North Phoenix, Tempe and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include completing histories and physical exams, ordering labs and diagnostics, educating patients on medications and side effects, and prescribing within state authority. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel within a 30-minute radius.
