Job summary

The Spine & Pain Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Medical Assistant to work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient environment, delivering meaningful care each day.

You will assist with examinations, record patient histories and vital signs, and maintain clean, stocked rooms while supporting efficient patient flow and education on treatments. No nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Record patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information in the EMR.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms; administer medications as directed by state law.
• Perform basic lab tests and operate clinical equipment under supervision.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow throughout the clinic.

No weekends.
