TPG PC, a physician-owned pediatric practice with NCQA Medical Home and Behavioral Health Distinction, seeks a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 3-4 days/week to join our growing Virginia offices (Fairfax, Chantilly, Alexandria, Woodbridge).

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP with pediatrics specialization.
• CPNP or FNP with pediatrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine wellness exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate families on child development, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.

Description

We are a well-established, growing, friendly, Physician-owned pediatric practice. We have the honor of being an NCQA Certified Medical Home as well as a NCQA Behavioral Health Distinction. We have 4 offices located in the Fairfax, Chantilly, Alexandria and Woodbridge area of Northern Virginia. We are a Pediatric/Adolescent Medical Practice with 26 providers and growing. We offer lactation, nutrition and mental health service providers on-site.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 3-4 days/week to join our well-established practice. Our continued growth has created an excellent opportunity for an experienced providers to join our practice immediately.

Call is supported by an after-hours nurse triage service which handles most calls. No hospital rounds. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with a specialization in Pediatrics.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with pediatric experience.
• Active state RN and APRN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
