Job summary

Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for per diem coverage across the North Region. You will treat adult and pediatric patients in urgent care settings, perform minor procedures, and interpret EKGs and X-rays with strong clinical judgment.

The role requires an NP with 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine, a Master’s degree, active state licensure, and national certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time urgent care or emergency medicine NP experience.
• Master’s degree required for Nurse Practitioners.
• Active state medical licensure and national certifications.
• Comfortable with reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Experience with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult and pediatric patients in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures and interpret EKGs/X-rays.
• Assess patients and direct to the emergency room when necessary.
• Deliver a high-quality patient experience and coordinate care.
