What You'll Do
Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What We're Looking For
Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required )
2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
