Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities.

You will assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions, deliver diabetic foot care, and collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care. The role includes documenting visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in NP program is required.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) required.
• 2–5 years’ podiatry experience preferred.
• Long-term care/nursing home experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Compensation

• Compensation: Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
