The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to practice medicine with a broader perspective—combining sound clinical judgment, evidence-based treatment, and individualized wellness strategies.

You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and support long-term health outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health evaluations.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests to guide clinical decision-making.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and wellness plans.
• Provide ongoing patient management, follow-up care, and medication management when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers on services such as rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, medical weight management, and wellness therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and sustainable health improvement.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and uphold clinical quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our patient care and wellness programs.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent appropriate certification).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in primary care, integrative or functional medicine, preventive health, or musculoskeletal care.
• Familiarity with wellness services, hormone health, medical weight management, or regenerative treatment modalities.
• Experience with IV therapy or therapeutic injections.
• Interest in expanding clinical expertise through continuing education and hands‑on training.
