RxWellness Integrated Medical, PC in Seattle, WA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for full-time, on-site integrative and functional wellness. Comp: $124,800 - $145,600 annually. Join a multidisciplinary team focused on preventive care and whole-person wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State ARNP license.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health evaluations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and wellness plans.
• Provide ongoing patient management and medication oversight when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for rehab, weight management, and wellness therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to development and improvement of care programs.
