Job summary

RxWellness Spine & Health LLC in Northern Virginia is seeking a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to lead our wellness and diagnostic testing services. You'll collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and medspa providers to deliver whole-person care across Alexandria and Arlington.

This is a clinical leadership role with travel between two nearby locations, day shifts, and compensation of $60–$70 per hour plus bonus. We offer health insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

The Role

We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is genuinely excited about integrative and functional medicine and wants to be a central part of how we deliver it. You'll lead our wellness and diagnostic testing services, working alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, and medspa providers to build a truly whole-person care experience for patients seeking optimal health — not just symptom relief.This is a clinical leadership role, not just a clinical execution role. You'll have real influence over how we develop and scale our wellness service line across a growing multi-location platform.You'll travel between our Alexandria and Arlington locations (approximately 15 minutes apart).

What You'll Do

• Lead diagnostic and sensitivity testing to identify deficiencies and root-cause imbalances in patients
• Administer and oversee IV therapy and wellness injectables for inflammation, energy, and recovery
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with our chiropractic and medspa teams
• Educate patients on their results, therapy options, and strategies for long-term health optimization
• Monitor and document patient responses, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate records and uphold high clinical standards across all locations

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia or Maryland (required)
• Experience with IV therapy administration required; prior injection experience strongly preferred
• Genuinely excited about integrative, functional, and longevity-focused medicine
• Collaborative by nature — you thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team, not working in a silo
• Strong communicator who can meet patients where they are and build lasting trust
• Comfortable traveling between two Alexandria-area locations as needed
• Diagnostic testing experience or willingness to undergo hands-on training

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $60–$70 per hour + bonus pay
• Full-time | Day shift only
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call, no holidays
• Work locations: Alexandria, VA 22302 & Arlington, VA (in person)
