Job Opportunity: Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (Locums) in Nashville, TN

A facility in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for critical care locums coverage. This role involves working in dedicated medical, surgical, cardiovascular, and neuro ICUs, as well as a high-acuity step-down unit, collaborating closely with intensivists and specialty teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must already hold a Tennessee license, DEA registration, and be board certified.
• Ability to present case logs.
• ACNP or AGACNP certifications are preferred.
• Comfortable with ICU procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubations.

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts, days or nights.
• Monthly commitment of 5-13 shifts.
• Day team: 3 MDs and 3 APPs; Night team: 1 MD and 2 APPs.

Additional Information:

• Start Date: August, ongoing.
• Patient volume: 10-20 patients per day.
• Assignment: Inpatient, locums contract.
• No call required.
