  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program with National Board Certification (PA-C), or a Master’s degree in Nursing with National Board Certification (ARNP).
  • Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Washington with full prescriptive authority.
  • Active DEA registration with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Assess patient needs for diagnostic testing, specialty referrals, and follow up care.
  • Develop individualized treatment and self-management plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the care team.
  • Support preventive care initiatives, health screenings, and proactive patient outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and other clinical performance initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of evidence based clinical guidelines and disease management protocols.
  • Participate in staff meetings, care team huddles, and other organizational activities.

Primary Care Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner | $127K–$190K | $20K Sign-On

Location: Moses Lake, Washington

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $127,000–$190,500 annually

Signing Bonus: $20,000

Position Overview

Health E Staffing is searching for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a mission-driven primary care organization in Moses Lake, Washington.

This opportunity is with a nonprofit healthcare organization focused on providing high quality, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care to the community, including traditionally underserved populations throughout the central Columbia Basin.

The provider will join a collaborative medical team that includes Family Medicine Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals. The practice emphasizes quality, continuity of care, and a patient-centered approach, with strong community specialist support.

Responsibilities

Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Clinic hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program with National Board Certification (PA-C), or a Master’s degree in Nursing with National Board Certification (ARNP).
  • Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Washington with full prescriptive authority.
  • Active DEA registration with no restrictions.
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment.
