Zusammenfassung

TeamHealth is seeking a compassionate NP or PA to join our post-acute care team in Moses Lake, Washington. In this full-time role (5 days/week), you will round in a LTAC, deliver high-quality care to medically complex patients, and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The role offers strong earning potential with a fee-for-service model, comprehensive onboarding, leadership growth opportunities, and dedicated clinical support to help you balance work and life in the Moses Lake area.

Qualifikationen

  • NP or PA license (WA) and DEA.
  • New grads welcome to apply.
  • Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Moses Lake Area Post-acute Care Practice

TeamHealth is seeking a compassionate and quality-drivennurse practitioner orphysician assistantto join our post-acute care team in Moses Lake, Washington. This is afull-timeopportunity (5days/week)rounding in a long-term acute care facility (LTAC), with excellentsupport and training, autonomy, and earning potential. Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $139,000 to $165,000annually and no cap on productivity income potential.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will have an opportunity to deliver exceptional care during life’s pivotal moments.

Our comprehensive clinical and operational leadership team will support your transition into our medical practice with a comprehensive 3-month onboarding program along with a dedicated clinical field mentor and support from industry leading clinical experts in post-acute medicine. Growth and leadership opportunities within this market are available as well.

Modules in our Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) will position you for success in quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the facility leadership as a valued partner of the team. This educational program is best-in-class and not provided by any other organizations practicing post-acute medicine.
