Job summary

Health Services, Inc. in Montgomery, AL is seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners to join the Adult Primary Care Clinic.

You will perform comprehensive physicals, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote wellness in the River Region community. The CRNP will work with physicians and nursing staff in a collaborative environment, provide patient education, order tests, vaccinations, and contribute to a patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted CRNP license in Alabama.
• Certification: Board certification in AGNP/FNP preferred.
• Education: MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Experience: Outpatient or community health setting preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Competencies: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and EHR proficiency.

We have immediate opening in ourAdult Primary Care Clinic. As a CRNP at Health Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work within a collaborative environment to manage acute and chronic conditions, promote wellness, and improve health outcomes for the River Region community.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care:Conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
• Chronic Disease Management:Monitor and manage long-term health conditions (e.g., hypertension/diabetes for Adults).
• Preventative Medicine:Order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and perform wellness exams (Annual Physicals).
• Patient Education:Counsel patients and families on nutrition, preventative care, and prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaboration:Work alongside physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and integrated care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure:Current, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNP in the State of Alabama.
• Certification:Board certification in your specialty (AGNP/FNP for Adult Clinic) preferred.
• Education:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Experience:Previous experience in an outpatient or community health setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Competencies:Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR). AthenaHealth is a plus.
