Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and geriatric assessments for elderly residents in a community-based program. You will perform histories and physicals, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate is an RN with NP certification, at least one year of geriatric experience, and preferably geriatric NP certification with prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, developing care plans, evaluating health complaints, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Ideal candidates are licensed Registered Nurses with a nurse practitioner certification, at least one year of experience working with the frail and elderly, and preferably Geriatric Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive authority.

Key duties involve overseeing residents in skilled nursing facilities, performing in-person histories and physicals, and integrating treatment plans into overall care strategies.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN and NP licenses, and experience in geriatric care. Skills in assessment, care coordination, and teamwork are essential.
