You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage triage to improve patient outcomes while maintaining strong patient relationships.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, and growth opportunities within a clinical, mentorship-rich environment.

What This Role Entails

You’ll work a schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience that promotes both your personal and professional growth.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you are at the heart of patient care, conducting thorough assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, and expertly managing triage. Your day-to-day responsibilities might include making daily calls to ensure your patients are thriving, allowing you to create meaningful connections while positively influencing their health outcomes.

What We Need From A Nurse Practitioner

• Patient care experience
• 2+ years of prior NP experience, particularly in a family medicine, OBGYN, or vascular setting, is preferred!
