What This Role Entails

Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, providing a balanced work‑life experience.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, managing triage, and making daily calls to ensure patient progress and build meaningful connections.

What We Need From A Nurse Practitioner

• Patient care experience
• 2+ years of prior NP experience, particularly in a family medicine, OBGYN, or vascular setting, is preferred
