Job summary

Cano Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care clinics in Florida. The role focuses on Medicare Advantage patients, with a typical daily patient load of 12–18 and no on-call requirements.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position requires MSN and board certification/eligibility in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine, plus at least 1 year of

• MSN required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum 1 year NP experience in a primary care setting.
• Must live within 15-30 minutes from clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care with no on-call duties.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• See Medicare Advantage patient population; patient load 12–18 daily.

Job Description

• 100% Outpatient - NO CALL
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Education & Experience
