Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide quality outpatient care in the Town of Florida, New York. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no call, managing a patient population focused on Medicare Advantage.

Candidates should have an MSN, be board certified or board eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine, and possess at least 2 years of NP experience in a primary care setting. Competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits including CME, PTO, and insurance coverage are offered.
