Job summary
Cano Health LLC in Florida is seeking a physician to join our outpatient clinic, providing care to Medicare Advantage patients in a 100% outpatient setting with no on-call duties.
Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a total daily patient load of 12–18, and a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive base salary, quarterly bonuses, relocation assistance, CME benefits, PTO, and full medical/dental/vision coverage.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board certified or eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Unrestricted Florida medical license
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care to Medicare Advantage patients.
- Collaborate with NPs and healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Manage a daily patient load of 12–18 in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Deliver patient-centered care with attention to quality and safety.

100% Outpatient – NO CALL. Monday through Friday 8am‑5pm. Patient Population: Medicare Advantage and English speaking. 12‑18 patients daily. Large clinic with Wellness Center that hosts activities for patients every day. Joining 2 NPs.
