We are building a patient-centered primary care practice that pairs high-quality clinical care with a predictable schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong on-site and virtual support.
A formal performance and compensation review will be conducted after approximately six months of employment. Any salary adjustment will be based on performance, responsibilities, patient-care quality, productivity, and practice growth, with a potential adjustment up to $110,000 annually at that review.

The Deltona office will provide on-site Medical Assistants focused primarily on direct patient-care support, including: Patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and chart preparation. A dedicated Virtual Medical Assistant will handle routine administrative work, including phone calls, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, prior authorizations, faxes, referral coordination, medical-record requests, and routine administrative or pharmacy communications. This structure is intended to keep the FNP's time focused on clinical care.
