Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN licensure.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
• Ability to work in a four-day clinical schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive, wellness, and comprehensive primary-care exams.
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope and law.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up on results.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation and collaborate with care team.
