Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care clinic just north of Palm Beach. Start ASAP with a base salary in the $125,000–$140,000 range plus performance bonuses. The role emphasizes value-based care, including HEDIS, star ratings, and closing care gaps.

You will work Mon–Fri, 8–5, seeing a light patient load of 15–18 per day, with a small panel and time to focus on senior patients and quality outcomes. No nights or weekends are required.
