Job summary

Privia Medical Group seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in Casselberry, FL. You will provide women's health services and hormone therapy, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in primary care, an active FL NP license or ability to obtain it, and a collaborative, high-support team environment. A full-time schedule with administrative time is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have MSN or DNP in Nursing with FNP certification.
• Active Florida NP license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including women's health.
• Manage routine care and treatments such as hormone therapy (HRT).
• Maintain a 36-hour patient-facing week with 1 hour daily admin.
• Collaborate with clinical support, including AI scribe and triage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality traditional primary care services, including Women's Health.
• Manage routine medical care and specialized services including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with Testosterone; training or interest in Obesity Medicine is a strong plus.
• Maintain a full-time schedule of a 36-hour patient-facing work week with 1 hour of dedicated administrative time per day.
• Work closely with robust clinical support, including hands-on 1:1 Medical Assistants, AI scribe technology, and a dedicated triage team for administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or higher in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Active Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care required.
