We are a patient-centered primary care practice that pairs high-quality clinical care with a predictable schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong on-site and virtual support.
A formal performance and compensation review will be conducted after approximately six months of employment. Any salary adjustment will be based on performance, responsibilities, patient-care quality, productivity, and practice growth, with a potential adjustment up to $110,000 annually at that review.
The position is designed around a four-day clinical workweek, generally totaling approximately 32-36 scheduled hours. The specific days and hours will be mutually agreed upon based on patient-access and practice-coverage needs.
Predictable daytime schedule. No routine weekend or evening clinic. No routine on-call responsibilities. Dedicated time for timely charting and clinical documentation. The Deltona office will provide on-site Medical Assistants focused primarily on direct patient-care support, including:
Patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and chart preparation. EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and injections within permitted scope. Assistance with minor procedures, exam-room readiness, supplies, and patient flow
A dedicated
Virtual Medical Assistant will handle routine administrative work, including phone calls, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, prior authorizations, faxes, referral coordination, medical-record requests, and routine administrative or pharmacy communications. This structure is intended to keep the FNP's time focused on clinical care.
