Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for our Deltona, Florida office. The role offers a four-day clinical week totaling 32–36 hours with a base salary of $109,000 per year and potential to reach $110,000 at six-month review.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN licensure.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
• DEA registration when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive, wellness, and comprehensive primary-care examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education and counseling.
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe and manage medications within applicable scope and law.
• Coordinate specialist referrals and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic results.
• Maintain timely, accurate electronic medical-record documentation.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and care team as appropriate.
• Participate in quality-improvement and preventive-care initiatives.
