Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced wound care across multiple facilities. You will assess wounds, create evidence-based plans, and collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board certification in ANCC or AANP is required.
• 1+ years of advanced wound care experience preferred.
• CWOCN, CWS or WOCN certifications are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care and patient assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including debridement and dressings.
• Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Manage travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
• Deliver timely, compassionate care and maintain professional standards.

• Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment
• Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressingselection, skin grafts, and infection control.
• Collaborative Clinical Leadership
• Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
• Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
• Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling
• Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
• Ensuretimelyand efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.

WhatWe'ReLooking For

• ANCC or AANP Board Certification
• 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferred
• Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently to facilities located throughout Orlando.
