Job summary

A leading podiatry service provider is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver specialized care in nursing homes and senior living facilities. This role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. Candidates should have a Master's degree, RN license, NP certification, and experience in podiatry. Join a dedicated team focused on patient mobility and quality of life improvements. Autonomy and support are provided, including necessary resources for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program are required.
  • Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) are essential.
  • 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training is preferred.
  • Long‑term care / nursing home experience (preferred).
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide podiatric care in long-term and senior care facilities.
  • Assess and diagnose foot and lower limb conditions.
  • Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued device.
  • Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes.
  • Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company‑issued iPad.

What We're Looking For
