As the Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will join a clean, well-run building whose rehab team and staff earn consistent praise from families.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position is the on-site clinical resource for the building, raising quality of care and reducing hospitalizations. At least six months of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience is required; prior nursing home experience is preferred.
