The Nurse Practitioner provides direct primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care. Works collaboratively with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and serves as a key clinical resource within Wilmington Community Clinic's primary care team.
The compensation for this position is $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually. WCC offers competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 10 vacation days for first year employees, 12 paid holidays, sick leave, life insurance, retirement plan with match, Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), employee assistance program and free employee parking.
